想下载 go 安装包，被告知“已被贵组织屏蔽”

我知道 go 的安装包不好下载，每次我都是翻墙。这次情况有点特别，在 Chrome 浏览器里面，想下载 go 最新的安装包，Chrome 就出现这个问题。用的翻墙软件是 clash for Windows ，服务是海豚湾，平台用的是 Windows11 。但是我在 MacOS 上用同样翻墙软件和服务，下载就没问题。大家遇到这种情况吗？
