IndiGo eliminates fuel charge following decrease in ATF prices
- IndiGo, India’s largest domestic airline, has removed fuel charges on all routes due to a recent drop in Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF) prices.
- This is the third consecutive monthly reduction in ATF prices, easing the financial strain on airlines as jet fuel comprises 40% of operating costs.
- Despite reductions in commercial cooking gas rates, domestic LPG prices remain unchanged.
