Streaming service cancellations rise as Netflix, Amazon, and Disney increase prices
- The rate of customers cancelling multiple streaming subscriptions has risen due to price hikes and stricter account sharing policies.
- In the US, 6.3% of subscribers cancelled major streaming services in November 2023, up from 5.1% a year earlier.
