代码编辑器如 idea 或者是 vscode，有没有办法在编辑 markdown 导入截图的时候，能够直接 ctrl v 解决？

核心关注问题：
1 、截图导入方便，最好是截图之后，直接用 ctrl v 导入，markdown 痛点应该就是图片问题了， 好多软件都是保存图片，然后导入，就很麻烦
2 、以文本编辑，这样就能用 git 了
3 、以文件目录组织，后续自己可以调整位置
