中兴通讯发布基于大模型的“智御”短信反诈治理系统
据《科创板日报》10 月 12 日报道，在今日举办的 2023 年中国移动全球合作伙伴大会上，中兴通讯发布了业界首个基于大模型的“智御”短信反诈治理系统，并联合上海移动开展短信反诈治理探索，将大模型技术应用于反诈领域。
据介绍，在获得客户授权的前提下，“智御”短信反诈治理系统通过构建以反诈大模型为核心，以泛化特征神经网络、SNS 社交特征分析为协同的一体化方案，从诈骗短信的意图、语义等根源维度上进行治理，有效提升诈骗短信的识别准确率、拦截率和召回率。
