快科技10月10日消息，博主数码闲聊站暗示，小米14会在本月发布，该机将会首发高通骁龙8 Gen3移动平台。

根据最新曝光的消息，高通骁龙8 Gen3由1颗主频高达3.19GHz的Arm Cortex-X4超大核，5颗Cortex-A720大核和2颗Cortex-A520小核心组成，GPU为Adreno 750。

制程工艺方面，骁龙8 Gen3将会采用台积电4nm工艺制造。

另外骁龙8 Gen 3工程样机的Geekbench 6 Vulkan测试结果也被曝光，得分为15434分，相比骁龙8 Gen2有明显提升。

总而言之，这将是高通史上最强悍的5G Soc，小米14由此将会成为性能最强悍的小米手机。

另外，小米14还将采用窄边框1.5K直屏，屏幕由华星提供。目前小米14系列已经获得入网许可，标准版支持90W有线快充，Pro版支持120W有线快充。
