巴比特讯，9 月 5 日，据工信微报，工业和信息化部、财政部近日联合印发《电子信息制造业 2023—2024 年稳增长行动方案》。《行动方案》提出，推动先进计算产业发展和行业应用，开展先进计算在工业、城市管理等领域应用案例征集和应用对接，举办先进计算技术创新大赛等活动，加快先进技术和产品落地应用。鼓励加大数据基础设施和人工智能基础设施建设，满足人工智能、大模型应用需求。
