I had to uninstall Members and reinstall for the banner to pop up.

Also, did everyone wipe cache from recovery? I had to in order to stop apps from instant crashing.

When you have a VPN enabled in work profile, and when you turn off work profile, the VPN should ideally turn off too (And this was the behavior before the beta). But in this beta, it stays connected still (or at least shows connected)

And when this happens, when you go to
"Connections" > "More Connection Settings", VPN shows as None, however, when you click VPN, the work profile VPN shows as connected. It can be disconnected manually from here.

Also with the work profile off and the apps greyed out I still seem to get an unread email count on the outlook app. I'm certain this didn't happen before.

Perhaps this is due to changes in how the work profile works on Android 14???

I keep my Outlook notifications off anyway. But I dont get Teams notifications when work profile is OFF , and when there are actual notifications on Teams though.

And yeah, this could be in-line with how work profile changes in android 14 maybe. I personally preferred the earlier way, but no choice if we are staying in android 14 i guess.
