健身平台Keep登陆港股上市 首日高开近5%

站长之家（ChinaZ.com）7月12日 消息:今日， 运动科技公司keep正式在港股上市，首日高开近5%，报30.3港元。
根据此前公司公告，Keep计划全球发售1083.9万股，其中国际发售975.5万股，占比九成;公开发售108.4万股，另有15%的超额配股权。IPO股票发行价为每股28.92港元，将净筹资1.92亿港元。
招股书显示，2020年至2022年，Keep营收分别为11亿元、16亿元和22亿元。毛利分别为4.99亿元、6.77亿元、9亿元。经调整亏损净额分别为1.06亿元、8.27亿元及6.67亿元。
Keep表示，截至2023年第一季度，其收入为4.47亿元，同比增长7.2%。截至2023年3月31日，Keep平台平均月活跃用户数为2626万。
