天眼查App显示，近日，衡阳市碳和瑞新能源科技有限公司、永州市碳盈瑞新能源科技有限公司成立，注册资本均为1000万人民币，法定代表人分别为周坚、邓国萍，经营范围含新兴能源技术研发、光伏设备及元器件销售、家用电器制造、家用电器销售等。股权全景穿透图显示，两家公司均由TCL实业控股股份有限公司间接全资持股。

目前，TCL旗下已有多家新能源公司，其中长葛市碳和瑞新能源科技有限公司、鹤壁碳和瑞新能源科技有限公司等均于近日成立。
