美团订立交易协议，收购光年之外的全部权益

据金十 6 月 29 日消息，美团于香港联交所发布公告，称已完成光年之外境内外主体 100% 股权的收购，收购价约为 20.65 亿人民币。

此前报道，美团联合创始人王慧文离岗入院就医，已投入大模型创业 4 个多月。
