Question Google maps not showing normal car navigation mode?
Whatdo you mean by “fake android”
They advertise device as Android 11 or 12 and if you go to system properties you will see Android 12 but it's only edited build.prop file. But in fact those devices have API 29 level which is in fact Android 10.

Some manufacturers even claim Android 13 on these now 
I have faced the same issue with Gmaps, here what I did and now pip is working, refer to attached pics,
1. Enable pip for google maps in settings
2. Set "launcher app setting" to Not set
3. Restart unit by holding RST button
4. Enjoy!
