Build a modern band website that's always up-to-date

Hey Product Hunt! We’re excited to share ✨ Supertape ✨ with you all today.

Supertape is a niche product designed exclusively for working musicians. In short, it helps bands and musicians build websites that stay up-to-date 🪄 automatically 🪄.

➡️ A little background:

Releasing and promoting music has a ton of challenges. Top among them is managing all your music, merch, videos, tour dates, and links across multiple platforms and making sure your fans can get to all your latest stuff.

💿 Your catalog is on streaming services like Spotify or Apple Music. 👕 Merch on Shopify or Bandcamp. 🎟️ Tour dates in Bandsintown. 🎥 Videos on YouTube.

It’s a lot. Organizing all of those links into a coherent story and format for your fans is tough. Link routers help, but there’s a better way.

➡️ How we help:

Supertape builds and updates your website for you. Musicians link their platforms (like Spotify, Bandcamp, Bandsintown, etc) and Supertape syncs with them daily. So if you drop a new single or tour dates, they get added to your site automatically. Share your website (with your own custom domain) on your social profile or campaigns, and your fans will have your latest links. No work. Just link 🔗 and sync 🔄.

There’s a bunch of other useful features too, like detailed analytics, no-code templates, custom domains, smart link automation, team members, territory support, optimized SEO and a ton more.

➡️ About us:

We’re an independent three-piece, all musicians ourselves, trying to do a lot with a little. We've got a ton of experience in the design, tech, and music worlds. I spent 12 years designing for Apple's Human Interface Team. Partner #2, Matt Wigham, co-founded the maker platform Big Cartel. And #3, Matt Mateus, spent years leading a youth arts nonprofit and has been releasing and producing music for decades.

We’re pumped to have Supertape out in the real world and for the work ahead. 💪

Thanks for reading! Chance, Partner & Design
