Ok so I installed the rom and found some bugs:

1) some apps like Disney+ or health sync won't install, play store says it's not available for my device (they worked in stock miui)
2) viper4android gets stuck at installing drivers. I'm using this:

6) can recent style be changed?

I will keep testing and reporting, will test battery tomorrow..

I did suggest to stay in stock.

1. You didn't follow safetynet instructions.
2. Viper isn't a concern of my ROM, nor are other 3rd party apps/modules.
3. Prebuilt vendor will cause issues with OK Google Hotword/Assistant.
4. This isn't MIUI.
5. No.
6. No.

The ROM aims to emulate how the Google Pixels are at the moment. Missing features/differences mean you're more suited to MIUI.

Point 1 is fixed, if anyone has the same problem what I did is force close play store and wipe app data, then restarted and it worked..

As for point 4, in advanced options of ambient display there is a setting for the "lift to wake" but it resets every time the phone restarts, maybe it could be helpful for you. I'm just trying to help as much as I can man..

How is that rude? You were asking for MIUI stuff in an AOSP custom ROM. There's already a conflict right there. I was answering you bluntly as I did not want to hassle you any further but you insisted.

I understand you wanting to help, I'm just not able to cater to such requests as the things you asked for are not the primary goal of this ROM.

Xiaomi Parts have been imported from other devices and I can't assure stability, especially if the settings doesn't persist after each reboot.

I think the devoloper is right, this is a look like Pixel ROM, not MIUI.
