Avath is an experimental app that reimagines self-reflection by enabling you to create visual portrayals of your journal entries. Powered by generative AI models like stable diffusion, Avath takes your thoughts and transforms them into compelling digital art, allowing you to explore your emotions and gratitude in an entirely new modality.
Gratitude journaling has many evidence based health benefits [1]. The goal of Avath is to help more people develop this practise by adding a visual dimension to the experience.
