报告：明年 43% 的企业部署 AI 面试
据 IT 之家 6 月 20 日报道，根据市场调查机构 Resume Builder 本月初公布的报告，2024 年有 43% 的企业招聘将引入人工智能，简化招聘流程、提高面试效率。
报告中预估 15% 的企业人事管理人员会采用全自动招聘方法，完全依赖人工智能帮助企业筛选合适的人才，并对其展开面试。最近的一项调查还显示，46% 的求职者正在使用 ChatGPT 来创建他们的申请材料。有趣的是，大约 78% 的受访者表示，在求职过程中使用人工智能技术后，公司的回复率和面试邀请率更高。
