- Interest Rate：5 年期以上 4.3%
买房？& 租房？
- 父母出一部分首付，然后过着计划经济生活。（说是勒紧裤腰带）
- 月供-月支出：去掉生活成本基本所剩无几。（一般人慌不慌）
- 目前套房租金：普遍在 1.2K~2K 不等。
- 困扰：房东、环境、搬家等。
最近都说房价在下跌，新房二手皆是如此，只有核心地带的房价还算坚挺。
