Hello and Namaste Product Hunt!

Presenting to you Jagir . A small web app that I created in hope of automating some boring stuff that many recruiters do.

You own a company and a lot of applicants apply for the job. Now, you just have to sit there and go through every applicant's resume and check whether they are the right candidate. Wouldn't it be awesome if there was an AI that could do that for you?

Well that's exactly Jagir is for! You post a job, its requirements and an evaluation criteria to pass as an ideal candidate, Jagir at its backend, will process those requirements over their CVs and would give you the answer to your question of "Is the given candidate 'ideal'?"

Additionally, you will get their contact details, their skills set and other information which you might find very valuable. What's cool about this process is that you get to define your own EVALUATION CRITERIA, which means its not just AI selecting you the right candidate, but its you who define those parameters. You get to DEFINE YOUR OWN IDEAL CANDIDATE!

For the applicants, you don't have to wait for a month to get results, the result is almost instant. Over time, I plan to add asynchronous interviews, resume writers and AI job search in the future. So, stay tuned for further updates!

Finally, an AI sidekick for recruiters to tackle the resume jungle. With Jagir by our side, we can say goodbye to manual resume screening and hello to a more efficient and effective hiring process. Kudos to the creator!
Nice launch! How do you quantize or rate candidates?

@sentry_co We use their CVs and user defined "evaluation criteria" to rate candidates. Anyone posting a job would have to define what it is like to be an ideal candidate and our AI will take that into consideration to rate them as an ideal candidate.

@sentry_co There is no ranking. Its either ideal candidate or not. How do we define if the candidate is ideal? We don't. We let job posters do that. They set the evaluation criteria and anyone passing that evaluation criteria is labelled "ideal"
