天眼查App显示，近日，“五个女博士”关联公司北京青颜博识健康管理有限公司被北京市朝阳区市场监督管理局罚款40万。处罚事由显示，当事人为了推销其商品，对外发布内容为“老公气我，喝！熬夜追剧，喝！又老一岁，喝！胶原蛋白流失快，五个女博士补得更快。喝五个女博士，都是你们逼的！”的广告。
昨日晚间，五个女博士发布致歉声明称：对处罚诚恳接受、坚决整改，全面下线了该广告，并在公司内部展开了为期30天的严查整顿。
