华为四年前注册 Vision Pro 中国商标，Apple Vision Pro 或要更名？

苹果最近宣布了其首款 MR TX Apple Vision Pro，该头显将于明年初在美国率先发售。然而，有媒体近日发现，早在 2019 年 5 月 16 日，华为就已经成功注册了 Vision Pro 商标，这比苹果的产品发布时间早了四年。
据了解，Vision Pro 商标的注册号为 38242888，该商标的专有权期限自 2021 年 11 月 28 日至 2031 年 11 月 27 日，适用的产品和服务范围包括 LCD 电视机、头戴式 VR 设备和通讯设备等。
这表明苹果可能无法在中国境内为其产品使用“Vision Pro”这个名字，在中国推出 Apple Vision Pro 时可能不得不考虑重塑品牌。值得注意的是，华为注册 Vision Pro 商标与苹果没有直接关系，是因为旗下有两款产品涉及 Vision 命名，分别为首款智能眼镜 Vision Glass 和电视机 Vision Smart Screen 系列。
