请教下 apple watch 需要买 apple care+吗？

前几天买了个 s8 45mm 星光色铝合金版，贴膜使用，打算戴两三年，每天佩戴，睡觉也佩戴。使用场景基本是卧室、书房、公司、健身房、家里和户外健走、逛街。 之前戴 oppo watch2 黑色铝合金版贴膜使用，戴了一年多，虽然磕碰过几次桌子和门，边框和屏幕也没留下什么明显的划痕，虽然买了一年的碎屏险，但平时也比较小心使用。 所以想请教下大家，根据我的情况，apple watch 有必要买 apple care+吗？ 如果不买 apple care+，到时换电池是加六百多元换同款新机是吗？ 还有就是听说买了 apple care+，到期之前可以加五六百换年度的新机是吗？如果是的话，我觉得好像还值得买？
