据《华盛顿邮报》报道，知情人士称，在 4 月 26 日至 5 月 10 日期间进行的一项 Meta 公司的内部调查显示，只有 26% 的员工对扎克伯格和公司领导层有信心。这一数字较去年 10 月下降了 5 个百分点，反映了 Meta 员工士气的低迷。在过去几个月里，Meta 公司经历了多轮裁员、削减开支和战略调整，扎克伯格称这是“效率之年”的计划。
据报道，参与内部调查的员工中，只有 43% 表示自己感到被重视，而去年 10 月这一比例为 58%。自去年 11 月开始，Meta 公司宣布裁减 11,000 个工作岗位，约占员工总数的 13%，并冻结招聘和削减支出。今年 3 月，又有 10,000 名员工受到第二轮裁员的影响。
