比亚迪董事长王传福表示，汽车行业已进入淘汰赛阶段，不竞争不会有繁荣，竞争才有优胜劣汰。企业制胜首先要有核心科技，新能源汽车变革是一场技术革命，有核心技术企业才能活下来，如果只是简单拼装，活下来的概率很小。其次，要有好的战略方向，行业机遇窗口期只有3-5年，车型、技术路线选择很重要。另外，要有快速决策机制，汽车企业往往体量大，决策机制漫长，但新能源汽车市场就像战场，革命到后期，有些车企会崩盘，这时候需要快速决策。
