碳链价值APP讯，美国证券交易委员会 (SEC) 主席 Gary Gensler 在接受彭博社采访时表示，Binance 与其失败的竞争对手 FTX 在处理客户资产方面存在「相似之处」，财务顾问不应将币安视为其加密资产的可信赖托管人。他说，「根据 2009 年的现行规定，你的客户资金必须在适当的合格保管人之下，而币安不是，别搞错了。」
Gensler 补充说，加密行业将需要「遵守基本公共政策」，包括披露、利益冲突、隔离客户资金以及打击欺诈和操纵。他说，「否则，整个行业就有可能像纸牌屋一样倒塌」。
