Monterey 够用吗还是最好升级 Ventura ？新版本卡吗？
众所周知，Ventura 带来了一些新功能，包括新的系统设置界面、系统级 OCR 、摄像头接力、后台应用管理、Stage Manager 等，但这些功能（应该）会带来内存占用及性能衰减（吗 /吧）？
历史上出现过钉在 Mojave/High Sierra 不升级的情况，随 M1 安装的 Big Sur 或随 M1 发布的 Monterey ，是否有类似的稳定性和性能，能让大家不升级的？
想听听大家的意见和体验，大家在两个版本之间的使用体验如何？是否出现了掉帧、内存占用、转圈圈、兼容性等其他问题？是否在考虑抹盘滚回到上个版本或升级？
