微软与 CoreWeave 签署一项价值数十亿美元的多年期协议

碳链价值APP讯，据 CNBC 援引知情人士报道，微软与从以太坊矿企过渡到通用云计算平台的 CoreWeave 签署一项价值数十亿美元的多年期协议。CoreWeave 在 5 月 31 日宣布从 Magnetar Capital 获得 2 亿美元 B 轮扩展轮融资，再加上 4 月份宣布的由 Magnetar Capital 领投的 2.21 亿美元 B 轮融资，CoreWeave B 轮总融资额达到 4.21 亿美元。

据悉，CoreWeave 由 Intrator、Brian Venturo 和 Brannin McBee 于 2017 年创立，最初 CoreWeave 专注于加密货币应用，但它在过去几年开始转向通用计算和人工智能生成技术，如文本生成人工智能模型。此前报道，CoreWeave 宣布完成 2.21 亿美元 B 轮融资，Magnetar Capital 领投，英伟达、GitHub 前首席执行官 Nat Friedman 和苹果前高管 Daniel Gross 参投。Magnetar Capital 出资 1.11 亿美元，其余投资由英伟达、Friedman 以及 Gross 分摊。（CNBC）
