Thanks to OP, this worked on my OnePlus 9 Pro EU model to enable VoWifi on OOS13.

Hi everyone.
I updated my 7T Pro to Oxygen 12.

Prior to this VoLTE and VoWifi was working fine with my phone and carrier.

After the update I have followed the steps in the original post with Shizuku and IMS.

The VoLTE and VoWifi has now been activated in the menu, but
- The IMS is not registered
- VoLTE is not working.
- VoWifi is not working
- Data usage during phone calls is not available

Anyone have a step-by-step guide to fix this?

Same history all switches are available but it doesn't work at all

Well the thing is that the IMS is not registered is probably after the update your MBN profile has been changed which is not compatible wirh your operaror...
You could try to reset the network settings and restart maybe that could bring your Volte working

If that doesnt work then the onky option is ti get access to engineering mode so you to be able to change the MBN profiles which at the moment of writting there isnt a free option to get access to engineering mode

You may need to do an extra work if you're on OOS 13, Disable "permission monitoring" option from developers option before proceeding and then you're good to go...

Problem solved. Upgraded to OP11.

@caracciola It doesn't work since the "System utilizing VoLTE" switch is disabled or greyed out in the Pixel IMS app. Although there's that functional switch like "Use Mobile Data during calls" in the Advanced Settings under Mobile Network but it doesn't do anything good. Even the status bar icons switches doesn't include VoLTE anymore. I pretty think that the developers of the latest OOS 12 build update for OnePlus 7 Pro hated to included VoLTE so much ignoring how important that sim function is especially for more advanced SIM cards that exclusively employ VoLTE for their calls and other value added serevices (e.g. DITO Telecom in the Philippines uses only VoLTE enabled handsets and cannot function otherwise).

I think the only viable solution for this VoLTE problem is to use the Magisk method but riskily requires rooted devices using this guide:

No update on the forum section of hd1925.

Don't want to try this method and only to have the phone not able to make or receive calls later. Hopefully someone can confirm.

This guide only makes visible the switches on the settings ... And it sbouldnt affect about not to be able to make or receive calls .... (Supposing) you have problems with calls ... You could revert it back to turn off the switches

For most people will still not work without PDC and efstool procedure

Mam OnePlus 8t kB 2003 w Play w Polsce. Użyłem tych narzędzi ale drogą przez wifi. Przełączniki pojawiły się. Volte i wifi calling działa idealnie. Moją kartę sprawdziłem na Huawei p20 czy usługi są uruchomione u operatora. Dzięki temu człowiekowi co znalazł sposób na uruchomienie tych funkcji. Pozdrawiam.

As I stated earlier here, I used this method to activate VoWif/VoLTE on my Oneplus 8T with Oxygen 13. Now, we are getting a major update to Oxygen 13.1, but I haven't yet updated, so I don't loose VoWifi. Can anyone please confirm that, this method will still work after the update to Oxygen 13.1. Thanks.

Update:
I just updated to 13.1 and lost VoLTE. Re-did the steps and got it back. My phone is a OnePlus 9 Pro (EU).

Oxygen 13.1 OnePlus 8t two years old. The battery holds the same as in oxygen 13. Some visual changes.

Thanks for the info., I've just updated to 13.1 and could re-activate VoLTE/VoWifi following same procedure, but without the need for a pc. I just used wifi usb debugging and connected to Shizuku as per Shizuku's guideline in the app itself.
