俄罗斯放弃创建国家加密货币交易所的计划，转而专注于制定相关监管法规
据 CryptoSlate 报道，俄罗斯放弃创建国家加密货币交易所的计划，转而把重点放在制定允许私营公司建立此类交易所的规则上。5 月 29 日，俄罗斯国家杜马金融市场委员会主席 Anatoly Aksakov 透露，这些交易所将受到当地法规的监管。相关报道暗示，这些交易所将受到俄罗斯央行的监管，央行将在今年年底前针对这些交易所运营出台新的规定。
此前 2022 年 11 月消息，俄罗斯立法者正在制定一项修正案草案，以允许该国启动国家加密货币交易所。
