How Agile Charts Lie
In recent years, measurement has increasingly gained more traction in the Agile world. Many folks want to “measure” or even “measure what matters” when adopting new ways of working like Scrum. Whilst this enthusiasm is great, it is often channelled in the wrong way. This presentation demonstrates just how prevalent lying with Agile charts is, particularly with what will be some of your favorite metrics. The presenter also provides practical tips to improve the visualization and usage of data within your Scrum teams and Agile organization.
