理论上退市也可以重整的，参考科迪3，退市后申请重整很快就受理了，根据重整方案50万元以下的债权是现金100%兑付的。不过科迪是被商丘当地国资接了，搜特看看广州国资有没有什么想法吧，如果跌到20-30接一点或许会有惊喜吧。也许吧，广州国资现在也缺钱，不过，如果去掉债务担子企业还能生存，只要价格够低，广州国资接过来的可能性还是有的。假设退市收盘价0.3，重整价也0.3的话，几个亿就能控股了。
