Builder.ai, a promising startup in the field of Artificial Intelligence, has recently revealed that it has secured a significant investment from tech giant Microsoft. The strategic partnership between Builder.ai and Microsoft aims to revolutionize the business landscape by jointly developing cutting-edge AI-powered solutions.

The AI-tech is only growing rapidly and the leading tech giants are leaving no stone unturned to lead the underlying competition. Recently, Microsoft revealed they invested in the AI-based startup Builder.ai to form a partnership to enhance their AI systems and to provide businesses across industries with AI-integrated solutions to businesses who lack coding experiences, for developing applications.

Microsoft holds a rich experience in the research and development of AI and is presently focusing on AI. The tech giant is constantly investing in advanced AI tools like Builder.ai and OpenAI’s ChatGPT along with incorporating AI into its search engine Bing. With investment in Builder.ai, Microsoft is keen on advancing its expertise in Artificial Intelligence and taking over the competitors like Google.

Jon Tinter, the Corporate Vice President, Business Development at Microsoft, stated, “The deal marked an extension of our mission to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more.”. He added, “We see Builder.ai creating an entirely new category that empowers everyone to be a developer, and our new, deeper collaboration fuelled by Azure AI will bring the combined power of both companies to businesses around the world.” 

In order to enable users to create business apps on the platform, Microsoft aims to integrate Builder.ai’s AI assistant Natasha into its Teams video and chat software. Builder.ai also plans to utilize Microsoft’s AI strategies to enhance Natasha and give its voice a more human touch. 

According to Builder.ai, the partnership would allow it and its clients access to Microsoft’s Azure collection of cloud tools, including a set of AI capabilities it provides through a partnership with American firm OpenAI. The professionals at Builder.ai and the developers at the Microsoft Azure platform can also network together.

The amount of the money invested by Microsoft remains secret but the company has done equity investment in Builder.ai and with this collaboration, both companies are heading towards changing the course of the tech industry by developing advanced AI solutions for all.

What is Builder.ai?

Builder.ai, founded by Sachin Dev Duggal in 2017 has been gaining more recognition in the AI development and automation field by providing entrepreneurs and businesses the ability to build and scale their applications without requiring to have extensive coding knowledge. 

The company claims that by using its services, apps can be built much quicker and at very low costs, averaging up to 70% cheaper than conventional human coding by using their pre-configured templates and easy-to-use tools.
