据金融时报报道，美国司法部国家加密货币执法机构承诺打击数字平台上的非法行为，称加密犯罪的规模在过去四年中“显著”增长。美国司法部国家加密货币执法小组主任 Eun Young Choi 表示，司法部正在针对加密货币交易所以及掩盖交易痕迹的“搅拌器与滚筒”（Mixers 和 Tumblers，是指用不同的地址和交易记录取出一组比特币然后返还另一组同等价值的比特币）。她表示，美国司法部的目标是那些自己犯罪或允许犯罪发生的公司，比如为洗钱提供便利。
