In newer car multimedia devices Chinese merchants does not allow users to change animation or logos, car manufacturers forbids them to use their logos, that's a fact for now.
Second... Low memory is a flaw in design for this MEDIATEK chinese devices with AC8227L processor and chipsets.
You have a newer Mediatek chip device JCAC (search for JUNSUN firmwares V1 or V2), you should still find the correct firmware for your radio and install it. Firmwares for this kind of device are here on this forum and on Russian 4PDA forum (use browser translator to translate from Russian language).
See also that some application like "Google services" - apps associated with Google isn't responding well and causing low memory problems. I would deactivate some not needed Google services (DEACTIVATE in settings / Google) and then see if it become stable.
You can also update software online with this OTA update (must be connected to wifi or 4G network with active internet connecton). Saw that on one of the pics. Local update is update from USB drives - offline.
For setting a LOGO from specific folder - you can try set it thru factory advanced settings - use pin code 123456 on key pad when pressed next to HMI in infotainment settings - some kind a wheel icon.

code 8888 - factory settings
code 123456 - advanced settings
code 7890+hour of the current time - developer settings (only for proffesionals)

In regards to the update- I not sure which version I have and if it good enough, plus I know it isn't android 12 but it shows 12. All the talk about updates seems a bit confusing when it comes to this and more. But I would be willing to try one with a lil assistance and guidance..
On the logo and setting though, I've tried the codes in setting-factory setup and the don't seem to work.. the only on the works for me is 1234 and it brings me to this.
Note: seller told me "because the car logo will be complained of infringement , so now all models can not support to set the car logo."

There must be some kind of advanced system settings included (in which are all settings to configure) in unit , you must find it on net or ask the seller pin code for this to access asnd configure correctly.

Yes, some new units include android auto auto installed. But unafortunately manufacturer never replied to any of my emails. I lost a lot of hours trying to update the unit or configuring HUR without success. Ended up buying an Atoto S8 Standard and now all works like a charm.

I don't know what it's for. I check car setting below and it brings me to the same setting I had access too via another launcher.
So seems this is the logo setting.
Back to my same issue of how to set a path to choose a logo.
I've tried normal photo, jpeg, bmp, zip, PNG, eps, gif, cdr.
It always says "please select contain image directory!"
So can someone help with a way to go about this?

I changed my logo manually despite seller says it is impossible to change on new devices.
Go to FILE MANAGER app on head unit. Find folder that contains your boot image (default one - search by image you see at unit startup - it will be somewhere in ROOT/main folder three / Android / data). Now, when you found it, copy that file (it will be named logoxxxxx.PNG or something like that) to usb drive or SD card , open it on computer with some program for image editing. Download or import your image that you want to install as logo to that .PNG file and save it as this one - default one - no renaming ! (otherwise it will not recognize the file at unit startup - and first before all copy default logo image that you picked up from head unit as backup in different folder on a computer in case something goes wrong).
Then copy that saved image file back to head unit where it was, where you found it. If changed or replaced by new image unit will start with this one next time. That's all. It's tricky but only way.
