Oracle Interview Experience for Internship
My intern interview experience with Oracle was a unique and challenging journey that tested both my technical and soft skills. The entire interview process was divided into three phases, and each phase tested my abilities in different ways.
The first phase was a system designing round that could be considered a lite DSA (Data Structure and Algorithms) round. The interviewer asked me to design a system that could efficiently handle user requests and generate appropriate responses. I had to consider various aspects such as scalability, performance, and security while designing the system.
I found this round quite challenging as it required me to think outside the box and come up with a creative solution. However, I managed to impress the interviewer with my approach and was able to move on to the next phase.
The second phase was a proper DSA and project round along with some OOPS (Object-Oriented Programming) concepts. The interviewer asked me two questions, one was a very lite question based on a palindrome, and the other was a medium stack-based question.
I found the first question relatively easy as I had practiced a lot of similar problems before. However, the second question was quite challenging, and I had to spend some time coming up with a solution.
After that, the interviewer asked me about a project that I had mentioned in my resume. I explained the project in detail, highlighting the challenges I faced and how I overcame them. The interviewer seemed interested in my project and asked me some follow-up questions.
The interviewer also asked me about some OOPS concepts and their applications, such as polymorphism, inheritance, and encapsulation. I explained these concepts with examples from my project and other real-world scenarios.
Overall, I found this round challenging, but I managed to perform well.
The last round was an HR round, which consisted of basic HR and situation-based questions and one puzzle, which was a regular GFG (Geeks for Geeks) puzzle. The interviewer asked me about my strengths and weaknesses, and why I wanted to join ABC.
I also had to answer some situational questions such as how I would handle a difficult team member or a customer complaint.
Finally, the interviewer asked me a puzzle, which required me to think logically and creatively. I was able to solve the puzzle with some help from the interviewer.
In conclusion, my intern interview experience with ABC was challenging yet rewarding. The interview process tested my technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and soft skills. I learned a lot from this experience, and I am grateful for the opportunity to interview with such a prestigious company.
