Dear All,

This article is intended for database admins, consultants, customers & partners to know more about SAP Commissions – SDI DP Agent Installation at client/customer network to get connected with SAP Commissions database for data integration process.

Download Data Provisiong Agent from tools.hana.ondemand.com

Follow the below steps for Installing & configuring Data Provisioning Agent (DP Agent)

DP Agent Installation started

Open a command line or terminal with administration rights.

For Windows, search for cmd and use the context menu to choose Run as Administrator.

Navigate into the bin directory. Execute the configuration script agentcli with parameter --configAgent.

cd bin
agentcli --configAgent
Select Option 2
to Start Agent

Select Option 1
to start the Agent

Select b to return to main menu and select option 1
to check if
Agent is running

Select 6 to configure SAP HANA Connection

Enter the details which you received from SAP Provisioning Team during onboarding

How to Uninstall DP Agent ?

Follow this link : Uninstall the Data Provisioning Agent

run this command agentcli –setSecureProperty

Secure Storage Utility

Select the Options 1 and 2 to update your DPAGENT credentials
