这个五一假期旅游市场十分火爆，这带动了一整条消费链，除了景区之外生意最火爆的当属酒店、民宿。
然而这也也催生出一些“黑心”商家，甚至坐地起价，用各种理由涨价毁约，有说装修的，有说换老板的，有说拆迁的，还有不惜咒自家民宿倒闭了的。
这背后就是因为今年五一旅游市场火爆，导致部分老板觉得市场紧俏，自己加个定低了，想要趁着小长假期间“赚大钱”，因此想出了各种套路逼消费者自己取消订单，转头自己再加价重新上架。
不过，这种操作是属于侵害消费者权益的行为。
