如何从可启动的 U 盘提取一个 ISO 文件来？

我的原始需求是想要安装一个精简版 Windows ，AtlasOS_v0.5.2.iso 到虚拟机里，但希望直接使用 Administrator 账户。

通过一番搜索之后看到 rufus 可以有这个选项。在制作启动盘的时候直接 Administrator 账户。

但是 rufus 只能输出到 U 盘里，不能给它导出到一个新的 ISO 文件里。

我就想着说先写到 U 盘然后再提取出来。

网上搜索结果大部分都是从 ISO 到 U 盘的。而不是从 U 盘到 ISO 的。

最后没办法，我知道 dd 肯定可以。就拿到 macOS 上 dd 成一个 ISO 。

好家伙，可是我忘了我的 U 盘现在是 256G 的。dd 了好半天都还没结束。我不想留着一个 256G 的 ISO 文件啊。

请问各位还有什么好办法吗？

能从 U 盘提取一个有多少文件占多少空间的 ISO 文件也可以，有什么奇技淫巧能让 Rufus 直接输出 ISO 文件也可以。
或者有什么其他工具也可以实现 Rufus 那几个安装选项的修改，最终提供一个 ISO 文件也可以。
