碳化硅器件研发商“清纯半导体”完成数亿元A+轮融资

36氪获悉，日前，碳化硅器件研发商“清纯半导体”宣布完成数亿元A+轮融资。本轮融资由蔚来资本、士兰微及其战略基金、华登国际联合领投，老股东高瓴创投（GL Ventures）持续加注，同时获得宏微科技及多家电源和光伏企业等机构鼎力支持。本次融资将用来完善供应链布局、扩大团队、建设量产实验室并支撑产品上量。
紫光股份今日跌停，成交额32.95亿元，盘后龙虎榜数据显示，深股通买入1.57亿元并卖出1.16亿元，一机构买入4493.80万元，三机构合计净卖出2.71亿元。（证券时报）
