曝苹果M3芯片下半年量产：首发台积电3nm工艺

快科技4月24日消息，据MacRumors报道，苹果将在今年下半年量产M3芯片， 这颗芯片将被应用到MacBook Air、13英寸MacBook Pro、24英寸iMac和Mac mini等产品线上。
据悉，
苹果M3芯片代号Ibiza，基于台积电3nm工艺制程打造。
相较于5nm制程，3nm制程的逻辑密度将增加约70%，在相同功耗下速度提升10-15%，或者在相同速度下功耗降低25-30%。
跑分方面，苹果M3芯片单核基准测试成绩为3472分，多核基准测试成绩为13676分。如果将这一成绩与2023款16寸MacBook Pro搭载的M2 Max芯片（单核2793分/多核14488分）对比会发现，M3芯片单核成绩高出了24%，多核成绩仅低了6%。
如果换成M2 Pro芯片（单核2661分/多核12215分），M3芯片的单核成绩高出了31%，多核成绩高出了12%，性能表现优异。
