Support is great. Feedback is even better.
"We'd love to get feedback on our current product offering and any other additional features you'd find useful as a brand operator."

After several weeks of being in private beta, we are excited to finally show Brandwise to the world! Brandwise is your AI brand manager - we automatically moderate your comments on social media posts and ads to ensure your potential customers have the best social experience. Brandwise automatically hides brand-damaging, hateful, racist comments and spam so you or your employees don't have to.
Why use Brandwise? - Increase your conversion rate on ads - Automatically identify comments that you should respond to - Keep your comment section hate and spam-free - Supports 95 different languages so you can advertise globally worry-free
We have several other very exciting AI-powered features planned for Brandwise so stay tuned!
It's important to note that Brandwise is not meant to censor constructive feedback from customers. Brandwise is not focused on censorship and we strongly believe brand operators should consider all feedback - positive and negative - and potential customers should be able to see this feedback. Our goal is to prevent bad actors (such as trolls, competitors, bots, and extremely vocal customers that don’t represent the average experience) from skyrocketing your customer acquisition costs.
This is a super neat product with global language support! Congratulations on your launch! How do you differentiate between feedback with a negative sentiment and overall spam/hate?
I think your tagline and overall messaging needs a bit of refining to really tighten up the value. Excited to see where you go from here.
@maywong Thanks for the feedback!
We differentiate primarily based on whether or not the comment would be considered constructive feedback. While it may not be 100% accurate, you can easily hide/unhide comments within our dashboard. Our models will get better and better over time as we collect more data.
