I have been associated with operations, process design and product development since last 7 years for customer experience. I have learnt a lot from my workplace, peers and reading lots of books and articles. When I scour the internet for CX resources, there is hardly any place where you can find a curated source of knowledge.

In today's fast-paced business world, customer experience has become a key differentiator.
