I got the same error with the Nexus rom.
Did the typing "yes" to formatting data, advance wiped, and rebooting of system before copying the zip file to the internal storage via USB.
Could it be a problem with the tablet itself? I am trying to recycle this tablet that was previously a freebie received from a news subscription service, and it had a Knox enrollment service that limited the tablet's functionality.

@Magendanz thank you for providing all the instructions and the rom. This is my 1st time doing any software modification to a device, and i encountered an error that i couldn't solve with googling.
I got the error "ui_print(): Failed to parse the argument(s)" and the Error: 7 message at the .zip installation stage. Prior to this, i have formatted data and advance wiped on all the available options before copying the zip file onto the device.
Did i missed a step after flashing the firmware on Odin? Any help is greatly appreciated.

These Edify scripts are notoriously difficult to debug, but that's the point in the install script where it's trying to pull the properties from the system and vendor partitions to ensure you're installing on the correct hardware and OS version. I'm guessing that you wiped one or both of those partitions.

Thanks...but now I may have bricked my tablet I found another Youtube feed for the T510 about using TWRP 3.7 to flash Andy's rom directly. 3.7 updated just fine, so I plowed forward. The tutorial was for 19.1 but I noticed 20 was out there so grabbed lineage-20.0-20230115-UNOFFICIAL-a64_bgN-vndklite.img.xz and flashed it. Now it's stuck looping on the Lineage startup graphic (the curved line with the circle going only right to left - appropriately looks like a frown to me now!). I cannot seem to get back into TWRP! The only thing that temporarily stops it is hitting power+voldn for 5 seconds, but that just reboots back into the looping. Trying to hit power+volup doesn't invoke TWRP - which I think is correct since you're supposed to do this from a powered-down state. But pushing the power button for 2+ minutes does nothing.
So...right now I'm stuck waiting for my battery to die down so that hopefully I can boot into TWRP from a powered-down state...
For me,i would plug USB to laptop press volume up & down then power button to boot into download mode. After that flash again twrp using Odin.

But If go on Andy sourceforge, there are several assets with Gapps included
e.g.: lineage-19.1-20230112-UNOFFICIAL-arm64_bgN.img.xz
If you use that one, you'll boot-loop. T510 use the "a64" builds. I use the non-gapps builds and install microg. The lineage-20.0-20230218-UNOFFICIAL-a64_bvN build works well on my tablet.

Hey, I just installed this ROM and for some reason I have no sound in the entire tablet nor thru headphones nothing works. Need to know how do I fix this asap I was able to flash it fine using twrp. I am pretty new to this

I've tried both your ROMs & do like them so #1 thanks for keeping them alive all these years granted I've seen you mention you have your reasons the family still using these tablets I get that ha.
#2 if I decided to go Stock rooted could I get to Android 12 on this device a SM-T510 or is it all pretty hard locked @ Android 11 unless Samsung decides to port a 12+ release back to this tablet which I'd imagine is extremely unlikely?
Are there any other roms out there for this tablet? Any that are actually Android 12?
Regardless thanks very much again for keeping me loving this tablet!

- Updated to LineageOS 19.1 GSI (20230323) with March 2023 security patch and GApps.
- Based on the latest Android 11 OEM kernel and vendor partition (T510XXU5CWA1).
- Includes TWRP v3.7.0 custom recovery built on AOSP 11.

Hi, is anyone having issues with the tablet not connecting to pc with this or other lineage roms ?
Newest stock rom no problem but with LOS 19.1 and 20 no connection is possible.
Tried reinstalling adb and Samsung drivers but it didn´t fix it.
Tried other USB ports and cables, just in case...
When in settings I can toggle the transfer option but it jumps back to no data transfer . Sometimes it even makes the tablet restart.
I noticed that the little arrow in the adressbar of windows explorer is starting to flicker on and of as if it´s trying to connect.
When in TWRP I can only see the external sd card.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
