Hello,
We are trying to get the Service Start Date and Service End Date values in the Billing Item Details in the Customer Project tied to AR and Billing Documents. Is there a way to do this and is there available documentation which shows the linkages between all of the underpinning CDS views to tie across in the Professional Services space thru to AR?

Hello Ryan. You will have to create the design for custom CDS view to meet your requirement with project billing and financial data. You can find the link below to understand the CDS views available in professional services and Finance.
SAP has introduced the annotation ObjectModel.supportedCapabilities that indicates the most appropriate use cases for each CDS view. To find out what use cases are best supported by this CDS view, access the entry of the CDS view in the View Browser app and find the values for this annotation under the Annotation tab

I_CustomerProjectItem gives you information on sales order for a customer project
