21 款 14 寸 mbp，需要升级到 32g 内存吗

- 研一上半年时候买的 14 寸的 M1 PRO ，当时因为预算问题没有加内存和固态， 选了默认的 16 + 512 ，一直用起来没什么问题。最近研二工作强度变大，有一段时间经常 30 ～ 40 个 chrome 标签页，加上 10 个左右的 pdf 。偶尔还要用开 edge 窗口用 New Bing 。经常会导致内存压力变黄，待机时间长了之后 swap 很严重。
- 所以现在非常想要把手上这台卖掉换一台 32g 版本的。但是如果购买新机器的话，买不到 M1 Pro 的官翻，M2 Pro 因为硬盘就只能买 32 + 1T 版本，又需要很多钱。现在多少有点犹豫了，请大家给我些建议。
