欧盟将于 3 月 28 日投票表决是否禁止匿名自托管钱包转账大额加密资产
据 CoinDesk 报道，欧盟定于 3 月 28 日投票表决关于禁止匿名自托管钱包转账大额加密资产的新反洗钱计划。根据目前的提案，交易者将被禁止进行或接受超过 1000 欧元（1080 美元）的匿名加密货币转账，如果可以验证客户的身份或者涉及受监管的加密货币提供商，则交易将被允许，朋友等私人之间的加密货币转移仍被允许。
