2022年12月14日16:30，我国民营航天的朱雀二号遥一运载火箭在中国酒泉卫星发射中心点火起飞，一级飞行、一二级分离、二级点火、整流罩分离均正常。
但二级主机关机后游机异常关机，发射任务失利（官方原话）。
任务失利后，蓝箭航天成立归零工作组组织开展故障分析工作，定位故障原因、分析故障模式和故障机理。
通过对飞行遥测数据的详细分析，策划开展了全面的仿真分析计算和一系列试验验证及热试车工作，查明了故障原因和故障机理。
