IT之家 3 月 15 日消息，三星在德国推出固态硬盘 990 PRO 散热片版，共有 1TB 版本和 2TB 版本两个可选，售价分别为 159.90 欧元（IT之家备注：当前约 1180 元人民币）和 249.90 欧元（IT之家备注：当前约 1844 元人民币）。

详细配置方面，三星固态硬盘 990 PRO 散热片版采用超薄设计，整体厚度仅为 8.2 毫米，可以轻松安装在 PlayStation 5、台式电脑以及笔记本电脑等设备中。此外，在三星最新开发的镀镍控制器和动态热防护(DTG) 技术的加持下，990 PRO 散热片版可将硬盘温度控制在合适的范围中，有效防止硬盘过热带来的性能波动。

990 PRO 散热片版还搭载了最新的三星 V-NAND 技术，可通过 PCIe 4.0 接口提供超高传输速度。据三星官方表述，这款产品顺序读取和写入速度分别是 7450 MB/s 和 6900 MB/s，随机读取和写入速度分别是 1400K 和 1550K IOPS。
