三星上半年量产第三代4nm工艺 最大麻烦良率解决了

在芯片晶圆代工领域，台积电一家独大，三星是唯一能在技术上跟台积电拼一把的对手，只是每代工艺都会差一点点，比如良率就困扰了三星多年，导致三星抓不住大客户。
以4nm工艺为例，三星已经量产了两代4nm，之前还一度给高通代工了骁龙8系列旗舰，但从骁龙8+及现在的二代骁龙8之后，高通也转向台积电4nm了，而且即将发布的骁龙7+系列也是台积电代工。
三星也准备了第三代4nm工艺，今年上半年量产，与早期的4nm工艺相比，新版提供了更好的性能，
而且困扰三星最大的麻烦良率问题这次也解决了，提升到了60%水平。
虽然与台积电同级别工艺70-80%的良率相比， 三星第三代4nm工艺还是要差一些，但是比早前传闻的良率不足30%相比已经是质变了，可以大幅提升三星4nm竞争力。
