碳链价值APP讯，比利时数字部长 Mathieu Michel 在接受采访表示，在对加密货币进行监管后，欧洲政界人士正在考虑建设一个将目标转向尊重隐私、量身定制的区块链 Europeum。
Michel 称，新的“Europeum”区块链可能是记录财产所有权、驾驶执照或专业资格的工具，同时遵守欧盟的高监管规范。在市场出现一连串的骗局和丑闻之后，Michel 赞成从分布式技术的纯粹金融应用转向公共服务和供应链管理。
据悉，欧盟将于4月对加密资产市场法规（MiCA）进行投票。（CoinDesk）
