现在已经是2023年了，Win11系统发布快两年了，按照三年一个大版本更新的节奏，下一代的Win12早就在开发中了，2024年上市应该没什么悬念，甚至Intel的CPU路线图中都提到了14代酷睿将首发支持Win12。
在Win12上市之前，微软会开放更多的测试，很多人参加过微软的Windows Insider计划，就是提前下载测试系统新增的功能。
目前的Insider有三个选择，分别是Release Preview、Beta及Dev，前者更接近稳定版，Beta、Dev则会更新得更快更早，伴随着稳定性可能会下降。
现在微软又为Insider计划增加了第四个选择——Canary
，之前下载过谷歌Chrome浏览器的玩家应该知道这个“金丝雀”是什么意思， 这意味着微软更新代码的频率更快，新功能增加的更多，但是系统风险也高，经常要重装系统也是可能的。
